Since 2007, we've been welcoming thousands of students to Belfast to learn English in a comfortable, modern and friendly environment. International House Belfast is the leading English Language and Teacher Training Institute in Northern Ireland.  

We are British Council accredited, a certified Cambridge ESOL examination and teacher training centre and are members of English UK and MEI Relsa.

Our newly refurbished building keeps all of its Victorian charm with original features such as stained-glass windows and impressive wooden carving and stucco work. The school has 12 bright, spacious classrooms over four floors, a study room, computers for your use, kitchen and dining area, and an attractive courtyard. We also have a library of CDs, DVDs and books for you to borrow. And we’ll keep you connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

All CELTA trainees have access to:  free printing and photocopying; board pens, paper, card and all necessary stationery; unlimited use of computers; use of interactive whiteboards; an extensive library of teaching materials and reference books related to EFL teaching and language; and advice and support from our teaching and admin staff who have a huge range of experience in all aspects of EFL.
